reunion

last weekend my sister stephanie and i went on a road trip to carolina beach to meet up with some childhood friends that we have not seen in 15 years.  we were a little nervous as to how it would go and if it would be awkward but it was exactly the opposite.  we felt as though we picked up just where we left off and had a blast catching up and hanging out with them.  we wish we had more time.  also, while there i was lucky enough to get to take pictures of anne's kids on the beach!  i was so excited when she asked me to bring my camera.  i seriously ♥ the beach and everything about it so nothing could have made me happier than to take pictures at my favorite place on earth :)

there is nothing like the beach but there is really nothing like wonderful friendships that last a lifetime even when you have been separated for many years!  we love you guys and cherish your friendship!  our meeting place is now at carolina beach every year from here on out!
